I have come to notice that the Sales Team are either regarded as a "Super Hero" or a "Criminal"

There is a limit the human nature can take. Salesmen are constantly battered for not meeting their targets, betrayed by Company and customers, incomes are not steady due to the fact they are the most vulnerable during layoffs, Salary Structure varies from Industry and job security is low.

I have heard times without number, if the product is doing above expectation "The product is selling itself" and when the product is doing badly "The Sales team is Sleeping".

It takes a strong character to remain in sales as a profession.

Unfortunately, in Nigeria, the mental state of people is not given consideration until the individual starts to walk around the market naked.

Be kind to your Sales team, they are human beings.
