Having a job as a Sales Manager, you have the responsibility of leading sales team, managing customers, managing your deliverables which could include various capabilities (Profitability, Revenue, Numeric Distribution, Visibility the list could go on)

Linda Ikeji is a definition of a Nigerian Salesman, always does enough just to get the job done. Candidly in Nigeria, we are a vast Nation with different diverse cultures and it takes intelligence to make a complex thing simple.

I believe as a Salesman, you need to be strong, dependable and reliable. You need to believe in yourself, believe in your own philosophies and be wise enough to think about your Target audience and consistently deliver to your Target Market and your numbers to Management.
Linda Ikeji has been bashed at so many times, but she keeps on going, she refuses to stay down.

So my answer is YES!
I would always jump at Linda Ikeji to be a Salesman, not because she is perfect but simply because
- She has her own goals, and she keeps at them no matter how ridiculous they appear.
- She keeps Walking! ( She should be the next Jonny Walker ambassador)
- Linda Ikeji keeps getting into trouble because she is FEARLESS, being fearless is the secret to success.
